The Hispanic population is the fastest growing population sector of the U.S., growing at more than four times the rate of non-Hispanics. Today there are more than 47 million Hispanics nationally, and by 2012, 21.2 million new Hispanics will enter the market, bringing the projected population to 56.8 million.*** 

In Miami , the Hispanic population is expected to grow 37 percent by 2013, accounting for 98 percent of the entire population growth.****
